About a year after hubby and I moved to Boston, we decided to vacation in Nova Scotia. Took the ferry across, spent a week driving all around. One of the more fascinating parts was watching the tide change at the Bay of Fundy. Watched the fishing boats come in on the high tide and tie up. Sat at restaurant on the patio. Had a burger, a few beers and watched the tide go out. We later walked around the harbor on the harbor floor with the boats tied to the dock sitting on the harbor floor!

My Grandmother who grew up in NB used to go to the Bay of Fundy almost yearly.
